More about Me!

Okay, one last post about myself and I promise, I will  blog about something and someone else.  I actually began to do that tonight, but there is just too much to blog about that I don't even  know where to start.  So, when all else fails, I go back to me!  :)  The 21 day reset is officially over.  I survived 21 days of a tough, but rewarding workout for my insides.  My final total weight loss was 15.5 lbs!  Woo Who! That is still very hard to believe.  Now the real test is to see if I can keep it off and hopefully continue to lose more.

Some have asked what I was doing.  Well, it was the Beachbody Ultimate Reset  I have looked at so many other "jump start" programs and cleanses and until I found this one, I hadn't found one that I felt 100% good about doing.  This one did cost a little more than most, but I liked how complete it is and that it was not just some "quick fix" type of thing or something loaded with caffeine, like a lot of the ones I've seen lately.  I really liked that there was a group that I would be able to do it with and I trusted the leader.  I think that was vital for me.  The group was led by someone who has been through the reset and was able to let us know what we could expect each step along the way.  I also really LOVE that the program doesn't just drop you after the 21 days.  It actually has a schedule for the 4 weeks following the reset so that you know how to continue with healthy eating and make it more livable for a day to day thing.  Hopefully by the end of four weeks, I will be able to handle this on my own.

Who knows, maybe someday I will be a reset coach and have a group of my own doing the challenge.  I would love to be on the other side and actually be the one helping others feel as good as I do now!  Thanks for reading these posts and for your kind words and support!

You can talk about yourself anytime!! I actually had a dream about you last night and in it you were really skinny. I kept creeping up behind you to see who you were. Ü

Good for you!! It's good to see that you are taking time to take care of yourself! You will be running that 5k like a walk in the park. Keep up the great work!

Ha, Ha, Laurie, that's awesome! I like that better than the last one you had about us! I don't know that I will ever get really skinny, but I'll do my best!

Thanks, Dacia!

Good for you!! I have been thinking about you almost everyday. The 21 days flew past-at least on my end. I am so proud of you. How did you have the will power to do it?!? The sugar would be the hard part for me. I really like M&M's. Pretty soon you will be so skinny, you will disappear.
