I'm so proud of my boys! I don't have pictures, because I wasn't there, but William, Jacob, and Spencer began running club today. It is offered at their school. They train with their own school and then have races against other elementary schools in the district. Running club goes from now until March at which time they will have a family fun run and a 5K.
Today they ran around the field and each time around they collected a stick. Each stick represents a 1/4 mile. When they get 10 sticks they get a rubber foot (whatever that is =) William and Jacob both got 5 sticks and Spencer got 4! I couldn't believe they ran a mile and a mile and a quarter on the first day! Go boys!
