December 16--A Visitor and Lots of Spoiling!

This past Tuesday I got an email from a friend of mine saying that she would be coming into town and would like to see us. Actually she was my boss when I was a nanny for their family while going to school at BYU. I think Spencer was a baby the last time we saw her, which was at her oldest son's wedding a few years ago. The bad news was that she was coming into town because of a family emergency, but the good news was that she would be going to Maricopa and would have some time on Wednesday to get together. So she came down and we spent a few hours together. She first took our family out to Chick-fil-A for dinner and Ice Cream. Then she needed to stop at Target for a few things while we were out. John and the kids stayed in the car while Adriana and I ran into target. While we were there, she bought a game, toy, or piece of clothing for each one of the kids. It was so great to visit with her again and the boys loved all of the attention and spoiling!

Bryce watching the kids in the play area. He was fine to watch them as long as he was outside of the glass area. Inside is just too much for him to handle.

William acting silly for Bryce. There were a few other kids in the play area that evening and they were all taking turns doing something funny in order to get Bryce to laugh at them. It always amazes me how much people, kids and adults alike, are attracted to Bryce and his great laugh.

Here is Adriana with the crew enjoying their ice cream. Thanks for a wonderful evening Adriana!
